If you have chosen our special packaging, you will receive it as shown in the picture while buying.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Euros and they include all taxes.
(Pursuant to the prevailing rule 10.1.27º from the spanish law 20/1991 for retailers, all purchases done through the web site are subject to and free of IGIC tax).
3. Shipping:
Orders are placed the following day of your payment and delivery date will count from that day. During that time, you will receive an email confirming your order has been sent.
Orders made on Saturdays or Sundays will be placed the next Monday.
There are 2 ways of shipping your order:
a. Free shipping all over the World by Standard Mail
According to Correos/Spanish Mail, delivery times are:
- 3 working days to Spain
- 4 -5 working days to Europe (including groenland)
- between 7 and 10 days for the rest of the World, and depending on country
Correos aim to deliver within these times but it is not guaranteed, so if it is been a few days and you have not yet received your order, please contact us!
In case your order would be sent back to us, we would let you know immediately.
It is very important you write down your name (or company name) and address as detailed as possible, so we exclude any delivery problem.
b. Certificate Urgent Mail
If you prefer to use a faster and secure mail, we can post your order by National/International Certificate Urgent Mail.
In that case, you will have to pay for it.
Delivery dates and shipping cost of this service are as follows:
- 24 hours to Spain: 6 euros
- 1-3 working days to Europe (including groenland): 12 euros
- rest of the World, depending on country: 19 euros

By Bank transfer:
Once the payment is received, we will considered the transfer as done.
